Microsoft has recently released a version of One Note for Android. You can access the One Note files on your smart phone from anywhere. It is synced with the One Note application on your computer. Lost Contacts icon on iPhone
When updating your operating system the icon may have been placed inside a folder. Check your "Utilities" folder first. If you can't find it in there, check all the folders on your home screens. Once you locate the Contacts icon, you can drag it out of the folder and back to the home screen.
